1. All confirmed reservations will be held until 3:00 pm, unless we are nofified of a later arrival.
2. Deposit of one night is required to make a reservation, which is applied to the last night of the period of stay.
3. Deposit can be made with personal check or money order.
4. Balance due in full upon arrival with cash or money order only.
5. There are no refunds for any reason.
6. Pets are not permitted on premises.
7. Check-in time after 12:00 pm; Check-out time 10:00 am.
8. Parking facility is for one vehicle per unit. Vehicle must be moved upon check-out.
9. Extra person charge is $10.00, $10.00 during July and August. NO VISITORS. Any Visitor must be registered at front desk and $10.00 per day charge will apply. If visitor policy is not followed you will be asked to leave the premises, no refunds will be given.
10. This is a privately-owned property. The management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone misrepresenting their reservation. A misrepresentation voids a reservation.
11. Swimming Pool open from 9am to 8pm.
12. Office is open 24 hours. If you arrive after 11pm door will be closed. Ring bell if you have a room rented or call 609-522-1930. Door open for services.
13. Please no reservation calls after 12 midnight.
